Staten Island, NY - The Wagner College football program hosted the 6th Annual Joe Jilts Memorial Alumni Golf Outing on June 7 at LaTourette Golf Course. The yearly event was another huge success as over 120 golfers turned out for a day of golf, sun, and prizes. Proceeds from the outing are used in a fund raising effort for the Seahawks football program.

The foursome of Andy Senese, John Chiofalo, Mike Ventura and John Passarepeti took home team honors for the lowest score. The closet to the pin winners consisted of Joe Loglisei (Hole 3), Matt Powers (Hole 7), Chris Hausmen (Hole 12). The longest drive went to Joe Monelli on hole 10, while Greg Kovar won the most accurate drive on hole 14. Herb Lindsley won the 50/50 raffle and Artie DiMella won the American Airline Tickets.
