The Seahawks have been training hard the past month in anticipation of the Green & White Scrimmage and before you know it, the 2008 season will be upon us.

Wagner will play five games at Wagner College Stadium in 2008, including a Homecoming tilt with Iona College on Sept. 13, a Parent's Day match-up vs. future Northeast Conference (NEC) foe Bryant University on Sept. 27, and a Senior Day contest vs. Duquesne, which is marking its first season as a member of the NEC.

The Seahawks, who are looking to build on the momentum generated from the 7-4 campaign of 2007, open the 2008 campaign on Sat., Sept. 6 at Stonehill in a 7:00 pm clash. Following the Sept. 13 Iona game, Wagner will continue the non-conference portion of its schedule by traveling to Marist on Sept. 20 for a 7:00 pm contest, with the Bryant game on Sept. 27 concluding the non-conference schedule.

Wagner's NEC opener will take place at Central Connecticut St. on Oct. 4, followed by a home game with Monmouth (Oct. 11). Following a road contest at Saint Francis (PA) on Oct. 18, Wagner rounds out the month of October by hosting Robert Morris (Oct. 25).

The Seahawks kick off November with a home game vs. Sacred Heart (Nov. 1), which precedes the Senior Day send-off vs. Duquesne (Nov. 8). The 2008 season finale will take place at 2007 NEC champion Albany on Nov. 15.
