2007 Redshirt-Freshman Season
Went 2-5 with 17 strikeouts and a 5.80 ERA over 40.1 innings of work ... Made 14 appearances, starting seven games, while making the mid-season transition to the weekend rotation ... Closed his season out in the style, spinning his first collegiate complete game (7.0 innings), striking out two against zero walks in 4-1 win at Monmouth (5/20) ... Earned his first collegiate win over Stony Brook (4/10), surrendering just one run on one hit to go along with three strikeouts in 5.0 innings ... Started his college career with a bang, giving up just one earned run over his first 5.2 innings, spanning three appearances ... Hurled 5.0 solid innings at Rutgers (4/3) and Seton Hall (4/18) ... Struck out two in 3.0 scoreless innings of relief against Saint Peter's (3/13).
