2007-2008

Indoor: Was the top Seahawk finisher in the 500m dash with a 1:08.16 performance (2/1)...Was third on the team in the 200m dash with a time of 23.94 (12/2)...topped out at 53.26 in the 400m dash at the John Cover Classic (1/26).

Outdoor: Recorded a season best 24.33 at the University of Virginia (4/12)...Ranked third on the team in the 400m dash with a 51.66 time at the NEC Championships...ran a season best 2:07.5 in the 800m run at the Wagner Quad Meet (4/9).

Before Wagner:

Competed at Shore Regional High for coaches Melvin Ullmeyer and Greg Bordick...Was part of four straight B Central Championship squads in track...Qualified for nationals in the 4X400 meter relay...Group II state relay indoor champions...All-Shore 4x400 meter relay team...All-Shore 3rd team (400m open)
