 Click Here For Photo Gallery On Monday September 11, the Wagner College Athletic Department hosted the 18th annual Sal Alberti Memorial Golf Classic at Hopewell Valley Golf Club in Hopewell, NJ. This annual event is held to generate funds for the Athletic Endowment. With a new location this year, the outing raised over $70,000 this year, bringing a grand total nearing $700,000 since it's inception in 1990. Honorary Chairmen John Campi ('62) and Ron Bibbo ('64) helped to generate the exciting new changes and bring a new overall excitement to the annual event. Each foursome that entered the event walked away with a prize ranging from free airline tickets to Titelist golf balls. During the presentation of prizes, the Golf Classic Committee honored Bob Peirano, Wally Pagan and John Knudson for their dedication to the Golf Classic for nearly two decades.
