Tonight's Game At Central Connecticut Postponed Until Tomorrow

New Britain, CT - Today's conference game between Central Connecticut and Wagner has been postponed due to inclement weather. The two teams will now begin their Northeast Conference (NEC) season-opening four-game set on Saturday at 1 pm with a doubleheader before playing two on Sunday at 11 am.

Lazzari Named NEC Player of the Year; Five Seahawks Named All-NEC

Brooklyn, NY - Junior infielder Andrea Lazzari (Reno, NV/Wooster) was named the "Player of the Year" by the Northeast Conference tonight at the annual postseason award banquet held at Long Island University. It was the first time a Wagner softball history that a Seahawk has been bestowed with the honor. She was also one of five Wagner players that were named to the NEC All-Conference team.

They were both first team selections.
